Financial Analyst Intern

April - June 2022 • Minneapolis, MN

What I liked

I liked the hospitality and well thought out intern program. Throughout the internship, there was always someone to help in anything and they were very transparent. Target's work culture was inclusive and prioritized our wellbeing. Outstanding job done for virtual and in-person week.

What I wish was different

I wished that the in-person week we had was in the beginning instead of the end of the internship. It would have made my project prompt less ambiguous and knowledgable.

Advice

Be yourself. A lot of individual meetings with everyone in the corporate and being candid helps make the day go by faster.
