Client Service Representative

Provide support for membership & client service, Sentrilock, store, billings, education, events, MLS, and other inquiries from members and the public. 

  • Assist callers with website navigation; refer to outside resources/agencies as appropriate.
  • Provide support to other departments as needed.
  • Pickup newspaper; sort daily mail, drop-off afternoon mail
  • Performs other tasks as needed by the department or other departments.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EDUCATION 

  • Team player with excellent customer service skills over phone, email and in person
  • Ability to communicate clearly, effectively and with professionalism
  • Minimum 2 years office environment experience
  • Posting payments and cashier experience desired
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in multi-tasking, solving problems, dealing with difficult people and accuracy in work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and work as a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and the Internet
  • Ability to lift 20 pounds
