📍 Location: In-Person – Kauai, Hawaii

⏳ Duration: 2 Months (Immediate Start)

💰 Compensation: Housing + Meals Provided

CoDream is offering a 2-month, in-person music production internship on the island of Kauai. You’ll work hands-on with all things music from within our live-in creative community to help create and inspire musical projects.

 

🎶 About CoDream

CoDream is a creative incubator where artists, builders, and dreamers push bold ideas forward — from off-grid inventions to solar-powered concerts in the middle of the jungle! Our story is still being written, and we’re looking for collaborators who are excited to co-create something bigger than themselves.

 

🎛️ What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with artists to produce, record, and arrange original music

• Engineer and mix songs using your preferred DAW (Ableton, Logic, Pro Tools, etc.)

• Assist with vocal tracking, editing, tuning, and overall session workflow

• Help shape the sonic vibe and creative direction of projects

• Optional: contribute to sound design or audio for short-form video/podcast content

 

🌟 Who We’re Looking For

• Portfolio of original productions, mixes, or collaborative music work

• Proficiency in a major DAW

• Strong ear for tone, arrangement, and emotional dynamics

• Good communication and collaboration skills

• Bonus: experience with field recording, live sound, or sound design
