Bartender

Job Summary 
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartenders to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest services and creating memorable experiences.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including sanitizing surfaces and equipment.
• Process cash handling transactions accurately using cash registers or Aloha POS systems.
• Engage with guests, taking orders, providing recommendations, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit.
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining overall cleanliness in the restaurant environment.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages.
• Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs to management.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper sanitation practices.

Experience

• Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role within the restaurant industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with POS or similar point-of-sale systems is advantageous.
• Excellent guest service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for patrons.
• Knowledge of drink recipes, cocktail preparation, and bar equipment operation is beneficial.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
