Work schedule:

Requirement
- At least 5 years of experience in a managerial position in a restaurant or other industry
- Experience in the service industry (any genre)
- Basic knife and cooking skills
- Required business level Japanese language skills and conversational level English language skills
- Must have a work permit in the United States

We currently have 4 kitchen staff and 2 dining staff. We have been in business for over 10 years, and many of our employees have been working with us since the opening of the restaurant. It is very rare to find the Food & Beverage industry in Hawaii which is a high turnover, and it tells you how positive work environment we have.
The most suitable candidate is English Japanese bilingual with hospitality background (mainly speak English for customer service and staff management and speak Japanese for communicating with the owner).
