Summer Intern Program
Position Summary
The Summer Intern Program is an 8-week program that runs from 6/9/2025 through 8/1/2025. We are looking for four passionate and talented individuals one for each of the following four areas:
- Product Strategy & Communications
- Finance
- Information Technology
- Banking Management
Qualifications/Experience
Education
- Current Enrollment: Candidate must be a Senior or Junior currently enrolled in an accredited college or university program.
- Relevant Major: Business, Information Technology, Marketing
Skills and Competencies
- Technical Skills: Interns will be expected to have the basic technical skills to perform the duties based on the area selected to intern. (i.e. Microsoft Office, programming languages, graphic design software)
- Soft Skills: Communication, Teamwork, Problem-solving, Interpersonal, Time Management, Work Ethics, Leadership
Personal Attributes
- Motivation and Enthusiasm: Eager to learn and contribute
- Adaptability: Ability to handle new tasks and challenges
- Attention to Detail: Precision in completing tasks and following instructions
Time Commitment
- 6/9/2025-8/1/2025
- Mon-Fri, 8-hours per day
- Shifts will vary between 7:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
Salary Range
- $20.00 per hour
