Youth Soccer Coach

Hawaii United FC is looking for passionate and skilled Soccer Coaches to join our team. This role involves leading organized training sessions, teaching players technical skills and positions, and coaching weekend games. If you have a love for soccer and enjoy mentoring young athletes, we’d love to hear from you!

Duties

• Teach players technical skills, positional play, and game strategies.
• Provide on-field coaching during weekend games throughout the season.
• Foster a supportive, inclusive, and disciplined environment for players of all skill levels.
• Ensure player safety and adhere to Hawaii United FC’s coaching standards.

Training Schedule

• Competitive Teams: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM at Kapiolani Park.
• Developmental Program: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM at Kapiolani Park.

Qualifications

• Experience in soccer coaching or playing at a competitive level.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work with children and foster their development in both skills and sportsmanship.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Availability for training sessions and weekend games is required.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 15 per week
