Maui Speech and Swallow Job Description
We are seeking a pediatric speech language pathologist to join our team located on the beautiful island of Maui.

Who we are:
Maui Speech and Swallow is a private practice servicing the pediatric and geriatric population with a special emphasis on swallow disorders. As a quickly growing company, we are looking to add another motivated, energetic, and dynamic professional to join our team. As providers on a rural island, the SLP may be required to travel and be open to flying inter-island, provide telehealth, visit patient's homes, and also service patients at the clinic.

- Head and neck CA
- Dementia/cognition
- Dysphagia rehabilitation
- FEES trained/experience is a plus!
- Pediatric feeding and swallowing experience is a plus!
Job Description:
- Conduct patient assessments to determine individualized treatment plans
- Utilize medical terminology and anatomy knowledge to develop and implement effective therapy strategies
- Independently collaborate with the scheduler to schedule patients for an evaluation or treatment
- Some travel to homes or facilities is required for full or part time employees
- Maintain professionalism and enthusiasm with clients and staff
