Part-Time Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with a warm welcome.
• Escort customers to our products and provide detailed information.
• Ask open-ended questions to identify customer needs.
• Enroll customers in our rewards and email programs.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently.
• Resolve customer issues using sound judgment.
• Maintain scheduling commitments and assist with merchandising and restocking.
• Keep the sales floor and connecting areas clean and organized.
• Follow company policies and best practices.

Qualifications

• Friendly and outgoing personality.
• Team player with strong communication skills.
• Able to problem-solve effectively.
• Self-starter who is adaptable.
• Must be available to work nights, holidays, and weekends.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Previous retail experience is preferred but not required.
