This position is available to all licensed Nurses (New Graduates Welcome). The role is a full-time, salaried, administrative position, with a regular work week of Monday thru Friday mainly within our office in town and regularly visiting, assessing, managing the care for our long term home healthcare patients.

Nurse Care Consultant:

Our Care Consultant position is open to nursing applicants, and New Grads welcome to apply! The Care Consultant will perform assessments, build care plans, supervise care delivery and manage our clients' overall care experience. It is a full time, salaried, administrative position, with a regular work week of Monday thru Friday.

Requirements for employment:

- State of Hawaii Nurse license, current and in good standing
- Current CPR & First Aid Certifications
- Current TB clearance + proof of past TB 2-step test
- Ability to ambulate within a variety of home environments
- Background Check will be performed
- Pass written entry exams and skills assessments
- Valid driver's license
