We are seeking a results-driven Sales Leader to join our team. As Sales Leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and ensuring operational excellence in our retail locations. You’ll lead a team of retail associates, setting ambitious sales targets, fostering a customer-first culture, and working cross-functionally with marketing and operations to optimize store performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead & Develop Sales Teams: Manage and motivate a team of retail associates to exceed sales targets and provide exceptional customer experiences.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to drive growth in retail channels.
  • Performance Management: Set clear sales goals, monitor performance, and provide coaching and feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure a customer-first culture, ensuring that every interaction with customers reflects the brand’s values and mission.
  • Inventory & Product Optimization: Work closely with the operations team to optimize product selection, pricing, and in-store displays to maximize sales.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work with marketing, merchandising, and operations to drive promotions, events, and visual merchandising strategies that boost sales.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure efficient store operations, from staffing to inventory management, to enhance profitability and ensure an outstanding shopping experience.

Qualifications:

  • Experience preferred in retail sales management or a leadership role within the retail industry not required.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and leading high-performing teams in a retail environment.
  • Strong understanding of retail operations, including merchandising, inventory management, and customer service best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with retail technologies and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and KPIs to make informed business decisions.
  • A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
