Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Analysis: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to identify growth opportunities for the business.
- Operational Improvement: Work with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and implement process improvements.
- Business Development: Support the development of new service offerings or expansion into adjacent markets.
- Financial Modeling: Build financial models to evaluate potential investments, partnerships, or cost-saving initiatives.
- Leadership Engagement: Collaborate with company leadership, including the owners, to provide insights and recommendations on strategic decisions.
