
Speech Language Pathologist
Do you enjoy working with families with infants/toddlers? Do you enjoy working in the home setting/completing home visiting? Would you like to work on a supportive and collaborative team of developmental specialists?
The Parent Child Development Center in Wahiawa is seeking to hire a full-time Speech Language Pathologist to provide early intervention services to families with infants and toddlers with developmental delays in the Wahiawa and North Shore communities.
The SLP will be part of a multidisciplinary team providing services using Primary Service Provider/Coaching model to work with families in the home setting. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Conducting developmental evaluations (Batelle Developmental Inventory (BDI), Developmental Assessment of Young Children (DAY-C))
- Writing reports
- Assist with the development of child’s service plan; setting goals to support the child’s progress toward developmental milestones.
- Provide consultations and coaching to families and team members
- Timely and accurate documentation
Minimum Qualifications: Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology.
Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology, Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
*Candidates with a master's degree in Speech Language Pathology cleared for their Clinical Fellowship Year are encouraged to apply. Agency provides supervision for Clinical Fellowes. Starting Salary Rate is commensurate with the level of Qualifications: Education, Licensure, and Experience.
Access to a reliable transportation to be used for work daily, driver’s license, and proof of insurance, are requirements to be considered for this position.

Parent Child Development Center - Wahiawa is a program of Waianae Coast Early Childhood Services, contracted by the State of Hawaii, Department of Health.

Pay: $66,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
