Project Controls Specialist I

 

AECOM Honolulu is currently seeking a Project Controls Specialist I to support our civil infrastructure team. This role is not a telecommute/remote position.

  • Under direct supervision, follows written instructions and established procedures to accomplish assigned and standardized tasks.
  • Applies basic skills in procedures, techniques, tools, materials, and/or equipment appropriate to area of specialization.
  • Resolves routine questions and problems and refers more complex issues to higher levels.
  • Introduced to procurement process and updates various tracking logs for subcontracts and purchase orders.
  • Support project team in the initiation of purchase requisitions in Coupa for new subcontracts and modifications.
  • Prepares and distributes weekly expenditure and purchase order reports.
  • Monitors project field equipment and supply expenses, and create ways to reduce costs
  • Performs monthly review of client invoice documentation for accuracy and billability
  • Coordinates with other discipline teams.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite

  • High School degree
