Product Specialist

Position Overview:

At Noa Botanicals, we’re on a mission to become Hawai‘i's premier pakalolo provider—true to our local roots, uplifting local partners, and cultivating an experience that celebrates the unique diversity of Hawai‘i's cultural heritage. We’re looking for passionate Product Specialists (Bud Tenders) to join our team! In this role, you'll guide patients through their wellness journey with medical cannabis, ensuring they feel informed, supported, and valued.

What You'll Do:

Deliver Outstanding Customer Service:

• Greet patients and caregivers warmly as they enter our dispensary, creating a welcoming environment.
• Provide personalized service for both new and returning clients, anticipating their needs and answering questions with confidence.
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records while ensuring compliance with state regulations and confidentiality standards.

Educate and Empower:

• Training is provided to stay up-to-date on the latest cannabis varieties, derivatives, and infused products in the Hawaii market.
• Share your knowledge with patients and caregivers about effective medicating options, strain information, and the potential benefits of our offerings.

Sales and Inventory Management:

• Process transactions efficiently while maintaining meticulous records, ensuring an accurate flow of information.
• Collaborate with the Dispensary Lead, ASM and Dispensary Manager to enhance customer satisfaction and optimize sales performance.
• Actively contribute to achieving and exceeding sales goals.

Maintain a Professional Environment:

• Keep the dispensary organized, clean, and inviting, reflecting our commitment to excellence.
• Participate in inventory audits and assist with restocking to ensure our shelves are always ready for our patients.

• A solid understanding of Hawaii’s medical cannabis laws and regulations.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills, with a positive, friendly demeanor that fosters great relationships.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years old, with the necessary DOH clearance and fingerprinting as required by state law.
• A high school diploma or GED is required, with 2-3 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Must be compliant with all regulations for the cannabis industry and possess reliable transportation.

Physical Requirements:

• Flexibility in scheduling, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds (100 pounds with assistance), and maintain stamina throughout your shift.

Work Schedule:

• Flexible hours, varying from Monday to Sunday, 9 AM to 8 PM.
• Locations include our retail stores in Honolulu, Kaneohe, and Aiea.
