Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Customer Success Interns to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the tech sector, working closely with restaurants to ensure they achieve the best results using Beluga’s platforms. This role offers valuable exposure to customer relationship management, digital marketing, and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Performance Review:
    • Work with at least three restaurants per day to review their performance over the past eight weeks, focusing on order volume and other key metrics.
  2. Social Media and Online Marketing Support:
    • Assist restaurants in generating social media interest through their Beluga online profiles.
    • Develop and implement strategies to drive more orders into the Beluga system.
  3. Traffic Reporting:
    • Provide detailed traffic reports to restaurants, showcasing the benefits of working with Beluga and highlighting areas of improvement.
  4. SEO and Social Media Optimization:
    • Identify opportunities to improve restaurant visibility and order volume through enhanced SEO and social media strategies.
  5. Relationship Building:
    • For key customers, schedule and conduct periodic in-person visits to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
  • Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Passion for the restaurant industry and technology.
