Responsibilities: As an ABA Technician, you will:

  • Provide ABA instruction in clients' homes or schools.
  • Use individualized curriculum designed for each child.
  • Communicate daily with parents on their child’s progress.
  • Collect and analyze skill acquisition and behavior data under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED (required)
  • Reliable transportation and a track record of reliability (required)
  • Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain (required)
  • Some experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred)
  • Some college (preferred)
  • Creativity, multitasking, high-energy, flexibility, and patience
  • Registered Behavior Technician certification (preferred)

  • License/Certification: RBT Certification (Preferred)

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
