Social Media Intern

As an intern at Pacific Edge, you'll have the opportunity to work in a creative and collaborative environment, gaining hands-on experience in the ever-evolving media industry. 

Position: Social Media  Intern 

Location: Honolulu, HI 

Duration: TBD 

Responsibilities:

Social Media Management: 

  • Assist in managing and curating content for our social media platforms.
  • Create engaging and visually appealing posts to enhance our online presence.
  • Monitor and analyze social media trends to optimize content strategy.

What You’ll Do:

  •  • Assist with social media content creation, engagement, and monitoring
    • Draft and edit copy for social media channels
    • Track and report on social media analytics and growth
    • Contribute ideas for new social media campaigns and content
    • Support marketing team with event promotion and email campaigns
    • Research and evaluate competitor digital marketing strategies
    • Collaborate with the team on innovative marketing initiatives

Requirements: 

  • • Current enrollment in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
    • Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok)
    • Excellent communication and writing skills
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
    • Passion for social media and marketing trends

Details:

  •  • 6-month minimum commitment
    • 10-15 hours per week
    • Hands-on experience with room for growth and personalized feedback
