Line Cook

Job Type: Full-time / Part-time
Pay: $18.00+ per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Lunch / Dinner Shift, Weekend Availability, Holidays, 8-10 hr. Shifts
Experience: Restaurant: 1-2 Year (Preferred)
Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week

Quiora Restaurant in Waikiki is seeking a Line Cook to join our team's lunch and/or dinner service.

We ask that our staff take initiative, act with integrity, and work together to uphold and build upon our standards. The position is part-time or full-time, and can include production shifts.

  • 1+ years of experience in a kitchen environment.
  • Must have basic knife skills.
  • Knowledge of basic sanitation and safety policies and procedures regarding food handling.
  • Ability to perform physical work that requires continuous standing, walking, and lifting 50 lbs.
  • Ability to follow basic written and verbal instructions. Be able to communicate clearly with managers, and kitchen staff.
  • Prepare food items, ensuring consistency and compliance with the Chef's standards.
  • Ability to relate to a diverse range of people with patience and understanding.
  • Knowledge and understanding of maintenance and equipment/space cleaning requirements.
