Reservations And Reception Team Member

Job Type: Part-Time
Pay: $17.00+ per hour pending experience & multilingual ability
Schedule: Holidays (Required), Weekend Availability (Preferred)
Shifts Availability: 9AM - 4:30PM or 4PM - 9PM
Experience:

• Guest services and hospitality experience (1 Year Preferred)
• Experience with reservation systems (Preferred)
• Experience with administrative duties (1 Year Preferred)
• Experience with OpenTable, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Gmail (Preferred)
• Fluently speaks and write Japanese and English (Required)

Role Description:

As a reservations and reception team member, we are looking for enthusiastic and proactive individuals who are able to assist in providing memorable experiences for our guest via phone, email and in person. We believe that the biggest factor in the success of a business is the quality of the people. So we work hard to find hospitality-driven individuals with a great attitude and a thirst for knowledge.
