Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and energetic individual to join our team as a Ko Olina Beach Attendant. As a Beach Attendant, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional customer service and create memorable experiences for our guests. This is a paid position with opportunities for growth and development.

Responsibilities:
- Assist guests with beach equipment rentals, including umbrellas, chairs and paddle boards.
- Provide instruction and guidance on water activities such as surfing, paddle boarding, and canoeing
- Ensure the safety of guests by monitoring beach conditions and providing water safety tips
- Offer recommendations on local attractions, restaurants, and activities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of beach equipment and rental area
- Assist with setting up and breaking down beach umbrellas, chairs, and other amenities
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and welcoming environment for guests

Qualifications:
- Strong swimming skills and comfort in the water
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of water sports activities such as surfing, paddle boarding, or canoeing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
