We are actively seeking a Communications Specialist. This position will play a crucial role in the operations of the company and requires thorough attention to detail and a drive to learn.

Position Duties:

• Organize and oversee company employee engagement program.
• Coordinate training functions by scheduling training sessions, managing training materials, and tracking employee participation.
• Assist in the design of HR and marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, newsletters and videos
• Coordinate a vast array of employee engagement and client events.
• Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.
• Backup to marketing manager and assist in maintaining databases and prepare proposals
• As needed office related duties

Position Requirements:

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
• Detail-oriented with organizational skills and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to be proactive and problem solve.
• Valid Driver’s License
