Retail Shop Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager with day-to-day operations of the retail business
- Manage customer relations, including answering questions and addressing complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Oversee and assist with the sales process, including responding to inquiries, processing orders, and following up with customers
- Ensure the retail store is properly maintained and cleaned to meet customer standards
- Manage and train staff members
- Conduct regular inspections of the store to ensure that it is in good condition and up to customer standards
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure that products and services are delivered on time and within budget
- Help develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the brand, and products
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including sales, occupancy rates, revenue, and expenses
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in retail or hospitality management, with at least 1 year of experience in a management role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Knowledge of retail trends and best practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management software
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Pay: $17.00 - $30.00 / hour *Bonus available for well-performing employees
Transportation: $10/day for 10 hours of parking *Free side street parking available
