Retail Shop Store Manager
Summary:
We are looking for a results driven retail store manager to be responsible for the overall store management. The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals and manage staff effectively. Candidates will have the most success if they have a background in financial planning, employee recruitment, or retail management. Store manager responsibilities may include supervising assistant store managers.

Location: Honolulu, Hawaii, USA
Job Type: Full-time, at least 45 hrs/week
Responsibilities:
- Oversee overall store operations
- Supervise, train and assist employees
- Maintain proper inventory levels and maintain external partnerships
- Support with any staff needs including human resources questions
- Manage costs to maximize profitability
- Develop and maintain marketing plans for products
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Must have at least 3 years of previous clothing retail management experience
- Must have excellent communication skills and a strong customer service focus
- Must be able to manage operations and have strong team working skills
Pay: $45,000-$55,000 a year
Transportation: Parking will be paid
