Project Manager

In this role, you'll have a company truck assigned to you in Hawaii, working closely with our lead foreman to oversee crews and projects. Your responsibilities include bidding on new work and fostering relationships with General Contractors through various activities like golfing, surfing, and business luncheons.  Other than building relationships within the construction community on the islands, you will be expected to be bidding jobs and foreseeing current projects going on. You will work hand in hand with our lead foreman on the islands at times, but also be expected to navigate the waters on your own on the islands.  Our home base of work is in Salem, Oregon and you will work here from time to time as well! We want to make sure you aren't getting any Island fever and that you are maintaining contact to our main office the entire time on the islands. This is a big opportunity for the right person who is ready to take on the tasks at hand.
