Daily Cleaning Manager

Job Type: Full-time (W2 employment)
Responsibilities:
- Procure daily cleaning supplies (post 6-month probation)
- Ensure seamless daily cleaning operations
- Provide coverage for sick leave
- Manage operations across 5 locations with strong attention to detail
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with superiors
- Basic computer skills for reporting (simple tasks)
- Must be able to lift 30 pounds or more
- Must have U.S. work authorization
- Has your own transportation
Starting Pay: $2500 per month (DOE)
*Opportunity for salary increase based on effective management of monthly job sites*
Transportation: Parking fee is covered by employer

Shift: Mon - Fri 12am - 4am (depending on site conditions)
In addition to on-site cleaning assignments, you will be responsible for supply shopping (about once per week), internal meetings (about once per month), and site inspections for new clients (every few months)
