Account Service Representative

Position Summary:
This part-time position features flexible hours and schedule. The Account Service Rep will assist the sales and operations teams in providing outstanding service and to key customers. Based out of our Kapolei location, duties include using our company truck to maintain point-of-use inventories at several nearby customer sites, and other tasks as assigned by the VP of Sales & Marketing to support our Hawaii operation. The candidate will gain exposure to all facets of the business and experience in Account Management, Field Sales/Services or similar and will assist in the Branch Operations function as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with servicing/maintaining Vendor Managed Inventories
  • Delivering orders using company vehicle
  • Receiving, picking, packaging orders for delivery
  • Maintaining inventory, including cycle counting at RD office
  • Document value-added activities in our business system
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders at serviced accounts to:
uncover opportunities or issues
promote team selling
coordinate and facilitate high-level communications
  • Assist with quote and proposal preparation, and product demonstrations
  • Assist with assembling training kits for Swagelok Essentials courses
  • Maintain client ready presentation of the Hawaii facility and vehicle
  • Maintain sample and demonstration materials for Account Managers as needed
  • Manage quotes and orders through the business system as needed
Position Requirements:
  • Ability to be added to company driving policy (good driving record)
  • Dedication to exemplary customer service
  • Computer literacy required:
Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with business systems such as CRM, SalesForce, SAP, Oracle is a plus
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
