Dental Monitoring Coordinator

Position Details:
  • Digitally check teeth and coach patients through their orthodontic journey
  • Proactively investigate each case to identify possible issues before they occur
  • Expert at spotting, deciphering, and fixing issues with technological and clinical requirements
  • Communicate with patients on how to improve and avoid delays in their treatment
  • Process clinic requests and perform associated clerical duties
  • *Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure your success in this role
Job Type: Full-time
Job Locations: Ala Moana Center Honolulu, Hawaii and Pearlridge Center Aiea, Hawaii
Work Schedule:
  • 8:00 am to 6:00 pm
  • 4 Days per week
 Qualifications:
  • No experience necessary
  • Video or computer gamers (FPS)
  • Great hand and eye coordination
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
  • Dedicated, hardworking and committed
  • Have a good grasp of computers and technology
  • Be able to work at consistently high-levels without mistakes
 Skills and Competencies:
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Enthusiasm and high energy
  • Enjoy working with patients of all ages – from children to seniors
  • Ability to deliver exceptional and consistent customer service
  • Ability to use software applications, enter data, and process information
  • Understanding digital applications, such as chat, text, email, and the web
  • Ability to work unsupervised and independently
  • Ability to establish priorities for patient care
