Below are some of the duties and responsibilities of a Case Advocate:
As a Case Advocate or Case Advocate (Bilingual-Spanish), you will have the chance to make a real difference in someone’s life, every day. Case Advocates work with people who are facing hardships; who can’t provide necessities like housing, transportation or food: who have run into language or cultural barriers; or have simply tried everything they know to resolve their tax problems.
To achieve these responsibilities, all newly hired Case Advocates receive training (virtual / face-to-face) and are paired with an on-the job instructor (OJI). Your OJI's goal is to help you achieve career success as a new TAS employee.
