What you will be doing:
- Gain valuable experience in operational areas within the Hotel (Rooms and Food & Beverage)
- Develop your hospitality and technical skills in luxury service and a variety of job roles.
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and proactive guest service while supporting fellow colleagues
- Follow all hotel policies, procedures and service standards
Your experience and skills include:
- Enrolled in a Hospitality, Tourism, Event Management or Culinary Program
- Must be legally eligible to work in United States. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining a foreign work authorization
- A Desire to advance your hospitality career through engagement and motivation
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
- A passion for learning and eagerness to take on a challenge
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Hospitality experience in a hotel setting, an asset
- Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as a part of a team
