DevOps Engineer - Evernorth

As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for evaluating and improving processes around continuous integration, automation and cost management. The DevOps Engineer will work with the cAi DevOps team to design and manage these automation systems, including software deployment, release management, product development life cycles and system cost controls. Not only will the DevOps Engineer be responsible for releasing and deploying applications, he/she will also need to troubleshoot and break-fix support for demo, staging, development and production services. The DevOps Engineer will support Software Engineers, QA, Product Management, and Support teams as well as work closely with Enterprise Architecture and Software Engineering leadership teams.

Responsibilities
    * Develop and advance our capabilities in Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment
    * Build, operate, scale, and troubleshoot the cAI infrastructure
    * Ensure cost management is within budget guidelines for all cAI cloud services
    * Enhance our monitoring tools, build infrastructure and source code management
    * In collaboration with other teams, make sure our infrastructure and applications that depend on it work together seamlessly
    * Support other teams’ build and infrastructure needs on an as-needed basis
    * Write tools for systems and infrastructure automation
    * Mentor cAI development, infrastructure and support staff as needed

Qualifications
    * 5+ years’ experience with Windows and Linux
    * Experience with Cyara and Other Test automation tool, like, JMeter, Cucumber, Selenium
    * Strong experience with Cloud Technologies (AWS, Open Shift, PCF) ; experience migrating to the Cloud is strongly preferred
    * Experience in scripting or programming languages (Ruby, Perl, Python, Shell, PowerShell, etc.)
    * Experience with Configuration Management platforms (Chef, Ansible, Puppet, etc.)
    * Experience with monitoring tools like (Site24/7, ELK, SPLUNK, Application monitoring, etc.)
    * Expert level understanding and implementation of Ruby and RESTful API
    * Experience with VSTS, Git, Pipelines, Releases
    * Strong understanding of container technology
    * Solid understanding of networking and security best practices

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 95,900 - 159,800 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
