Wedding and Event Admin Assistant
- Represent the TGA brand and create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all clients and vendors
- Communicate professionally and efficiently with clients and vendors
- Answers phone calls, emails, and messages when necessary
- Responds and resolves administrative questions and inquiries
- Maintains filing systems as assigned
- Schedules appointments and maintains calendars
- Prepares wedding and onboarding documents to new and existing clients
- Sends proposals to potential clients and vendors
- Assists with vendor sourcing and communication on behalf of clients and Planner
- Create lookbooks for future events
- Performs other related duties as assigned
