Wedding and Event Admin Assistant

  • Represent the TGA brand and create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all clients and vendors
  • Communicate professionally and efficiently with clients and vendors
  • Answers phone calls, emails, and messages when necessary
  • Responds and resolves administrative questions and inquiries
  • Maintains filing systems as assigned
  • Schedules appointments and maintains calendars
  • Prepares wedding and onboarding documents to new and existing clients
  • Sends proposals to potential clients and vendors
  • Assists with vendor sourcing and communication on behalf of clients and Planner
  • Create lookbooks for future events
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
