Wedding & Event Assistant
- Represent the TGA brand and create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all clients, guests, and vendors
- Communicate professionally and efficiently with clients and vendors
- Understand requirements for the event, and work together to execute the event
- Organize tasks for the day in a timely manner
- Set up and breakdown of the wedding or event, not limited to decor, florals, tables, chairs, etc.
- Oversee the timeline of the wedding or event, and act quickly to resolve problems
- Perform other related duties as assigned
