Wedding & Event Assistant

  • Represent the TGA brand and create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all clients, guests, and vendors
  • Communicate professionally and efficiently with clients and vendors
  • Understand requirements for the event, and work together to execute the event
  • Organize tasks for the day in a timely manner
  • Set up and breakdown of the wedding or event, not limited to decor, florals, tables, chairs, etc.
  • Oversee the timeline of the wedding or event, and act quickly to resolve problems
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
