Role Overview
The Client HR Coordinator primarily supports the Client HR Team, and secondarily the Legal and Compliance Team; in their respective missions to serve as trusted advisors to our Clients by providing strategic HR and Compliance guidance in order to minimize our Clients' regulatory exposure. This role will be responsible for communicating with and assisting multiple team members with the preparation of documents, reports and communications. This role is hybrid, based in Honolulu, HI.
Responsibilities:
  • EPLI Support - Supports the Legal and Compliance Team in the administration of EPLI claims, including updating tracking spreadsheets, drafting letters and other administrative tasks.
  • EEO & VETS Reporting - Supports the team responsible for annual EEO and VETS reporting (on behalf of Clients), including gathering applicable information from Clients and uploading it to the Company's tracking platforms, generating reports and meeting filing deadlines.
  • Accurate & Timely Generation of Documents for Clients & File Organization - Assist and support Legal (including HR Consultant Team) and Compliance with locating, preparing and/or sending to Clients any requested reports, forms, templates, plans, fact sheets and written materials. This includes maintaining an organized online filing system for corporate governance documents, vendor contracts and other legal agreements, in order to ensure and increase accurate information-sharing.
  • Accurate & Timely Generation of Reports to Support Internal Company-Wide Metrics - Assists the Corporate Counsel and Client HR Manager in generating reports (Salesforce and otherwise) to support accurate and timely company-wide and team KPI tracking and reporting. This includes creating, sending, tracking and compiling all Client surveys, feedback and results thereto.
  • Payscale Administration & Support - Assists the HR Consultant Team with PayScale accounts and running PayScale reports for Clients.
  • Handbook Compliance - Assists Handbook Consultants with reviewing and updating Clients' employee handbooks to ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Experience:
  • Proficient with Microsoft and Google programs and applications.
  • 6+ months of experience working in a professional or office setting with multiple demands.
  • Customer service or client-facing experience required.
  • Preferred experience in database management systems such as Salesforce or other CRMs.
  • Paralegal Certification and experience a plus.
  • Human Resources experience a plus.
