Digital Marketing Internship

Job Highlights

▪ Must be working toward a degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business, Communications, Journalism, English or a related field
▪Must be available 1-2 times a week for an in person or video call check-in
▪Opportunity to work directly with mentors in Los Angeles, Honolulu and Atlanta
▪ Grow your knowledge of digital marketing
▪ Work with the close-knit team of DaVinci International Film Festival 

Responsibilities

▪ Create engaging, sharable content such as social media posts, articles, videos, & e-blasts
▪ Manage LinkedIN, Twitter and Facebook/Instagram channels
▪ Share content, engage audience, respond to inquiries
•To keep in contact with our user base, and to grow our network of Filmmakers, Fans and Filmophyles. DIFF is looking for a social media marketing intern who will manage part of our communication channels and our social media presence  

This is a great opportunity for college students who are working toward a future career in the social media, marketing and/or publishing fields to gain hands-on experience.

We are looking for Business, Marketing or Communications students who also have an interest in film, entertainment, education, literacy, and/or the children's publishing industry. Any previous experience with digital marketing or social media, or completed relevant coursework, will be considered a plus.
This is a remote position and you can work hours as pre-determined, but you have to be available for teleconference calls or in person check-ins at least twice a week. You may also be able to earn course credit if your college has an internship course option.

What we are looking for

▪ Self-motivated, enthusiastic, learning-focused, and organized
▪ Must be working toward a degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business, Communications, Journalism, English or a related field
▪ Creative, Divergent, Ability to go beyond the question to find the answer
▪ Must be available 2 times a week for a video call or in person check-in
▪ Must be familiar with Twitter, LinkedIN, & Instagram platforms, digital marketing experience a plus
▪ Knowledge of influencer marketing & content marketing a plus
▪ Knowledge of Hootsuite or other social media management platform (preferred, not required)

This year’s Film Festival will be both an online and Live event at AMC The Grove in Los Angeles, CA, September 24 -25.
