Service Desk

An opportunity to work in one of Hawaii's largest technology service teams. Network 2000 is a leader in enterprise technology systems. Supporting the fortune 200 companies in the state.

We have openings with our service desk team. Service desk provides off-site for commercial customers. Interact with customers over the phone, text or portal to resolve technology related issues.

Good communication, problem solving and people skills essential. Training will be provided by the company for any technical skills that will be needed. Industry certification training and testing available. Internal opportunities for the service desk personnel include project management, security, data center and cloud solutions.
