Real Estate Market Research Analyst

The Benavente Group is looking for an intern or part-time hire to join our team on a flexible term, with the potential to graduate to a full-time position. This individual will work closely with our team of commercial real estate appraisers on a wide variety of valuation and consulting assignments. Primary duties will include performing market and economic research, reviewing property data, interviewing brokers and landlords, and assisting with narrative report writing.

We offer a flexible work schedule of up to 20 hours per week under a hybrid remote-working arrangement, with three or more days of the week in-office. Travel opportunities and participation in site visits may be included.
