Patient Service Representative

PATIENT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

We are interested in finding a new addition to our team!
The right candidate will be:

  • Interested in long-term employment.
  • Preferred: 1 year experience working in a medical office, to include working with computers, multi-line telephone, and office equipment.
The patient service representative is responsible for the following:
  • Take incoming calls and voicemail messages, and perform various associated tasks.
  • Schedule appointments, tests and procedures, generate patient referrals, and perform various associated tasks.
  • Prepare patient records for upcoming appointments.
  • Process incoming documents for physician review, and perform tasks necessary for patient care.
  • Perform tasks associated with patient appointment check-in and check-out.
  • Scan and file documents.
  • Assist with maintaining exam room and examination instruments, and with overall office cleanliness.
