Patient Service Representative
PATIENT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

The right candidate will be:

- Preferred: 1 year experience working in a medical office, to include working with computers, multi-line telephone, and office equipment.
The patient service representative is responsible for the following:
- Take incoming calls and voicemail messages, and perform various associated tasks.
- Schedule appointments, tests and procedures, generate patient referrals, and perform various associated tasks.
- Prepare patient records for upcoming appointments.
- Process incoming documents for physician review, and perform tasks necessary for patient care.
- Perform tasks associated with patient appointment check-in and check-out.
- Scan and file documents.
- Assist with maintaining exam room and examination instruments, and with overall office cleanliness.
