Accountant
Robert Half is currently looking for a Staff Accountant for a Real Estate and Property Management Company.
JOB DUTIES:
- Record transactions into general ledgers
- Preparation of financial statements
- Insures accuracy of transactions and accounts
- Prepares state and federal tax schedules
- Reconciles to general ledger
- Prepares audit worksheets as required
- Assists with the preparation of monthly project staff reports showing detailed revenue and expense figures with comparisons to the budget and the prior year
- Assists with the preparation of the monthly reporting package
- Computes and journalizes expenses (includes depreciation, expense accounts, allocations, sales commissions)
- Prepares billings as required
- Reconciles balance sheet accounts
- Prepares revenue and expense reconciliations as required
- Other duties as assigned by Senior Accounting Manager
