Payroll Processor (simplicityHR by ALTRES)

Interested in joining the ALTRES team? simplicityHR by ALTRES is seeking a Payroll Processor for an exciting in-house opportunity. The Payroll Processor will work with multiple departments to enroll new employees in the company system, process payroll, client invoices, and related documents.
We need someone who has proven skills at managing both numbers and data, so candidates must have previous payroll and/or accounting experience to apply. Payroll tax and HR experience is highly desired.


Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm


Honolulu, Oahu


  • Process payroll, client invoices, and related documents.
  • Enter and coordinate client and employee data into the system.
  • Analyze and maintain important client documents and account information.
  • Respond to daily emails and voicemails in a timely manner.


  • Previous payroll and/or accounting experience.
  • Payroll tax and HR experience preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
  • Computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Excel.
  • Must be highly detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
