Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
- Answer telephone calls on a multi-line phone system and answer general inquiries.
- Log client interactions in Salesforce.
- Assist the Benefits Coordinator with receiving and reviewing all department tasks.
- Handle inquiries or assign tasks to a department team member for processing.
- Review and send forms to the payroll department.
- Process and handle eligibility forms.
- Review and monitor all department emails in a timely manner.
- Receive and coordinate all incoming mail, forms, and information.
- Receive, review, date, sort, and distribute documents to the appropriate team member.
- Additional duties will be assigned as necessary.
- Previous verifiable administrative experience.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment processing a high volume of benefits forms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of customer service.
- Confident telephone skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
