Branch Manager Trainee Section Manager

Position Summary
 
This position is designed to provide the required training and experience to effectively manage the operations of a Branch. Responsibilities include assisting the Branch Manager with directing and administering the operational efforts of the Branch. Assisting with the development and implementation of operational plans, policies and goals which further strategic objectives. Ensuring that branch sales and referral goals are met according to credit union objectives. Creating an environment that delivers an exceptional experience for members and employees. Ensuring that branch operations are in accordance with established credit union policies and with legal and regulatory requirements.
 
Qualifications/Experience
 
·      Understanding of the credit union’s field of membership.
·      Thorough knowledge of credit union services and products.
·      Understanding of related legal and regulatory requirements.
·      Familiarity with Branch functions, policies and procedures.
·      At least five years of related experience in Retail Banking.
