We are a Heavy, Civil, site work, and underground utility contractor for the public and private sectors of the Hawaiian Islands since 2003. It’s a great working environment to utilize your knowledge and abilities to excel and grow in your line of work. We are busy and the work we do keeps growing. We have a few positions available for immediate hire.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Supervise sub-contractors and employees to perform daily work
  • Communicate Change order issues with Owners/Subcontractors
  • Prepare budget based on scope of work and maintain costs on projects
  • Maintain & monitor RFI and Submittal logs
  • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan to meet deadlines, schedule manpower, equipment and minimize the impact of negative weather
  • Inspect work in progress to ensure that work conforms to the specifications and construction schedules
  • Maintain an open line of communication with the office and complete requirements (Timecards, invoices, etc.)
  • Responsible for keeping the job site clean, complying with the safety policies, practices and procedures

QUALIFICATIONS
  • General knowledge of building details and construction process
  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively and efficiently
  • Familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
  • Ability to read construction plans/drawings and convey this information to others
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • General understanding of codes and zoning
  • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
