Teacher Certification Not Required! This is a great opportunity to gain experience working with young children and expand your knowledge of early childhood development. We’re looking for new team members to help us in our mission to make a difference in the lives of our youngest learners! Bring your love of children and past experience in childcare or early childhood education to our dedicated and caring team. While prior experience working with children is helpful, it is not required. We will provide full training for the right candidate!

QUALIFICATIONS:
Group Leaders: 
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Experience is a plus but we will provide full training! 

Site Coordinators:
  • A bachelor's degree in education or a related field is preferred, but candidates with a minimum of three years of experience in educating students will also be considered.
  • A passion for working with children and a commitment to making a positive impact on their lives on a daily basis.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish positive relationships with both families and coworkers. Must also be able to create a dynamic and enjoyable learning environment.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capability to handle multiple tasks and situations effectively.
  • Experience in a supervisory role within a child care or education environment is appreciated

A Typical Day in the School Age Program might look like this:
  • Greet the children as they arrive
  • Help children get a snack and wind down after a busy school day
  • Assist with homework
  • Play board games or cards
  • Facilitate a craft project
  • Supervise a group of children as they play outdoors
  • Judge a singing or dance contest
  • Help build a Lego village
  • Guide children as they follow a recipe for slime or a fun treat!
  • Greet families as they arrive to pick up their child for the day.
  • Go home with the satisfaction that you made a difference today!
