Volunteer Onboarding Lead | American Red Cross of Hawaii

Volunteer Onboarding Lead -4-6 hours a week. Minimum 6 month-1 year commitment. Must be comfortable speaking on the phone, and have a reliable computer and internet access. As an onboarding team member you will work one on one with all incoming volunteers in your department. You will conduct the department interview, where you verify if the person is right for the role, and then place them into the appropriate trainings. Once they’re in training, they have 90 days to complete it. You will follow-up with them over the 90 days via email and phone and encourage them to complete the training, send any updates they need and assist as needed.

This position can be done as a work-study internship or as a volunteer role.
