Financial Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Answer phones, emails, and assist customers or clients
  • Prepare and maintain financial records and reports
  • Process invoices, payments, and expense reports
  • Enter and update data in spreadsheets 
  • Schedule meetings, maintain files, and organize documents
  • Maintain confidentiality of financial information
     

Skills

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Customer service experience
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
