Japanese Bilingual Travel Desk Associate

Hawaii HIS Corporation is one of the top Japanese travel agencies in Hawaii.  We target inbound tourists from Japan as well as non-Japanese tourists from the world. 

We are seeking a few of dynamic individual to join our Global Inbound team as a Japanese Bilingual LeaLea Travel Desk Associate.   The ideal candidates must have a passion for serving as a point of contact for our partners and other departments regarding Hawaii-tour products, as well as for inbound tourists from the US mainland, Canada, Australia, etc.

The LeaLea Travel Desk Associates are also expected to maximize revenue and assist managers and other member of leadership team for creating new tour products and implementing promotion.

This role requires the associates to respond to communications from our Inbound partners concerning reservations through our operation system, as well as respond to inquiries from the guests and our business partners. 

The work location is LeaLea Lounge at Royal Hawaiian Center, in the heart of Waikiki.  The full-time candidates are expected to work from 8am to 5pm for five-days-a-week shift, or up to three or four days a week, as a part-time, including weekends and holidays.  No uniform.
