Hours
Full-time, Monday-Friday from 7:30am-4:30pm
Location
Honolulu, Oahu
Pay
$21 an hour
Responsibilities
- Process and pay bills in a timely manner.
- Contact tenants for collection of delinquent rents, fees, and tenant reimbursements.
- Prepare income and expense statements for property owners.
- Respond to inquiries from owners and tenants.
- Communicate with other property management companies and government agencies as needed.
- Compose professional letters and correspondence.
- Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and record detailed messages.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
