Cruise Service Agent

We are currently looking for Cruise Service Agents for an upcoming assignment.

Position: Cruise Service Agent (CSA) 

  • CSA’s will receive guests with a warm, friendly disposition, make them feel at ease, answer their questions, solve their problems immediately, or attend to their requests in a professional way.
  • Assists with checking in passengers and guiding them in the appropriate area.

Ship Dates:

  • Friday, 4/24 – Celebrity Solstice
  • Friday, 5/1 - Anthem of the Seas
  • Thursday, 5/7 - Celebrity Edge

Start time for shifts will be determined at training.  

Training:
There will be one required training to attend (even if you completed the training at previous cruise ships)

  • Wednesday, 4/22 @ 2:00PM 
    • Attending this training will qualify you to work all three cruise ships
  • Tuesday, 5/5 @ 2:00PM 
    • Attending this training will qualify you to work on 5/7 only.
