About the Role
Member Experience: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned members, with a focus on unions, credit unions, and large associations—ensuring questions are answered and expectations are exceeded during live Zoom meetings. Help clients enroll in programs based on their needs.
You’ll work directly with company-provided members, deliver personalized benefits solutions, and play a key role in ensuring satisfaction and long-term retention—all while developing leadership skills through our structured training and mentorship programs after the initial 60-day training period.
Client Engagement: Connect with members through virtual meetings and phone calls to understand their needs and deliver tailored benefits solutions.
We’re looking for a motivated, people-focused professionals to join our growing team as a Benefits Representative. In this role, you’ll build strong relationships, provide exceptional service, and—after the first 60 days—support and guide new team members as they grow into confident, high-performing professionals.
Responsibilities
Member Engagement: Connect with members through virtual meetings and phone calls to assess needs and deliver customized benefits solutions.
Benefits Support: Act as the main point of contact for assigned members, ensuring clear communication, timely follow-up, and an outstanding experience.
Team Leadership: After the first 30 days, mentor and support new Benefits Representatives, helping them develop strong communication and service skills. Leadership Bonus’ and compensation increase to follow.
Continuous Growth: Participate in ongoing training, feedback, and leadership development opportunities to advance within the organization.
Collaboration: Work closely with team leaders to improve processes that enhance member satisfaction and overall team performance.
